Since becoming an attorney in 1964, Harvey S. Barr has served as counsel to a state assemblyman, First Assistant County Attorney for Rockland County and attorney for various municipalities throughout the area. Mr. Barr also served on the U.S. Department of Justice’s Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for many years. As a seasoned litigator with substantial experience in business law, he has negotiated multi-million-dollar business and real estate transactions and has successfully managed complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
